All our standard plans are approved for construction. As always, we are a flex builder in this subdivision, meaning we will make changes to our floor plan, within reason, (structural walls excluded).
 
Standard plans will include 2x6 construction, low-E windows and R-24 insulation in the walls. We are installing a fiberglass insulated front door and insulated exterior personnel doors from the house  with low-E glass. The dishwasher will also be "Energy Star". A/C unit will be standard 13 Seer with optional upgrades. We are planning to have optional solar hot water heaters and optional solar PV electric systems available. Our option list has numerous other energy efficient upgrades.
